Assembly Time
Assembly time for photo booth kits and platforms is approximately 7-10 days. Custom printed logos take approximately 2-3 weeks and can be shipped separately if requested. Shipping & Delivery
All shipping times listed are estimated and may be subject to change.
We use UPS, FedEx, and local freight carriers for all of our photo booth platforms, in order to ensure your product, arrives safely. After the product has been shipped, delivery time frames can range between 5-7 business days for freight shipping.
USPS, UPS, and FedEx Ground transit times can range between 3-7 business days.
Return Policy
All of our photo booths are custom made and returns will not be accepted.
Items that are non-refundable:
- All sizes and types 360 Photo Booth Platforms and Cases.
- Photo Booth Packages and Kits.
- All products that include custom graphics, such as inflatable enclosures and various booths.
For all the other items that are not listed on the non-refundable list above, we will accept the return request as long as the item is new and in the original packaging. You must send an email or a message on our contact page within 30 days of receiving your product. We will issue a refund minus the shipping fees and a 30% restocking fee. Incorrect or defective shipments must be returned in new condition and packaging to receive a refund within 30 days of receiving the item.
Orders that have shipped cannot be cancelled. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to return a shipped order, you must wait until the item is delivered and then initiate a return within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be new, unused, and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund. Refunds for returned orders will be issued minus the original shipping fees and a 30% restocking fee. Incorrect or defective shipments are eligible for return and refund when returned in new condition and packaging within 30 days of receiving the item.
Warranty Policy
1-Year Warranty Policy:
- Within the initial year of the warranty term, if any products exhibit defects, Booth King will provide new accessories or products to customers free of charge.
Extended Limited Warranty Policy (Years 2-5):
- Throughout the remaining four years of the warranty period, in the event of proven product defects, Booth King will supply new accessories to customers. Customers will be responsible for the 50% of the expenses related to parts, delivery, and repairs.
