These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Booth King website at boothking.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of any products from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place an order.
1. Who we are
The Site is operated by Booth King (“Booth King”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). You can reach us at 866-440-2256 or through the contact options on the Site.
2. Products and descriptions
We sell 360 photo booths, enclosures, party inflatables, and related accessories. We work to describe and picture our products as accurately as possible, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, specifications, colors, or other content are complete, current, or error-free. Product images are for illustration; actual items may vary. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change product information at any time without notice.
3. Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure pricing is accurate; if a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase through the payment methods offered at checkout. Financing, where offered, is provided by third-party lenders and is subject to their separate terms and approval.
4. Orders and acceptance
Your submission of an order is an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We may, at our discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order, and we may refuse or cancel any order. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
5. Shipping and delivery
In-stock items ship from the USA. Shipping timeframes, methods, costs, and delivery details are described on our Shipping & Returns page, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
6. Returns and refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Shipping & Returns policy. Please review it before purchasing.
7. Warranty
Eligible products are covered by a 5-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, as stated on the applicable product page. This limited warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, unauthorized modification, normal wear, or improper operation or storage. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this limited warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, product photography, and software — is the property of Booth King or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written permission.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, or to use automated means to scrape or harvest data except as expressly permitted. We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Booth King and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or a product will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Booth King from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or products or your breach of these Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted to this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Site or purchase of products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
